3. STANDARDS CONFORMANCE
We aim to conform with Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Where our Services reference third-party content or embedded tools, we endeavor to ensure those also meet, to the greatest extent practicable, WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards.

4. ONGOING EFFORTS
To continually improve accessibility, we:

  • Train our design, development, and content teams on inclusive best practices.

  • Integrate accessibility checks into our design and development workflow.

5. KNOWN LIMITATIONS
Despite our efforts, some non-compliances may exist, including but not limited to:

  • Older PDF documents or legacy pages that have not yet been remediated.

  • Third-party widgets or embedded content beyond our direct control.

  • Color contrasts in user-generated content that do not meet AAA contrast ratios.

We maintain a prioritized remediation plan and will update our Services over time.
