Shipping Policy

1. INTRODUCTION
This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) explains the shipping methods, costs, delivery estimates, and related procedures for products purchased through KITEFIT (“we,” “us,” or “our”) website or authorized retailers (the “Services”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms set forth below.

2. SCOPE
This Policy applies to all physical goods—including apparel, accessories, gear, and merchandise—sold by KITEFIT and shipped to domestic and international destinations.

3. ORDER PROCESSING

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM CT on a business day are typically processed the same day; orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.

  • Backorders: If an item is out of stock or on backorder, we will notify you via email with an updated shipping timeline or offer you the choice to cancel for a full refund.

4. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

5. SHIPPING RATES

  • Free Standard Shipping on domestic orders over $150.

  • Flat-Rate Standard Shipping of $9.95 on domestic orders under $150.

  • Expedited & Overnight Shipping fees calculated at checkout based on service level and destination.

  • International Shipping fees calculated at checkout according to carrier rates and destination country.

6. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the carrier name and a tracking number. You can track the shipment directly through the carrier’s website. If you do not receive tracking information within three (3) business days of order placement, please contact us.

7. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

  • Domestic Orders: All applicable taxes are calculated and collected at checkout.

  • International Orders: Customs duties, taxes, and import fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient. KITEFIT has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for details.

8. LOST, DAMAGED, OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

  • Lost Shipments: If tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your package, contact us within 10 days so we can initiate a carrier investigation and, if warranted, send a replacement or issue a refund.

  • Damaged Shipments: Inspect your order upon receipt. For visible damage, refuse delivery or note the damage on the carrier’s paperwork. Then email photos of the damaged packaging and product within 5 business days for prompt resolution.

  • Delays: Carriers occasionally experience delays beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs). If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window, please contact us for assistance.

9. RETURNS & REFUNDS
This Shipping Policy works in tandem with our [Refund Policy]. If you need to return an item, follow the return instructions in the Refund Policy. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

10. ADDRESS CHANGES & CORRECTIONS
Please verify your shipping address at the time of order. If you need to change the address after placing an order but before it ships, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
